Since the beginning of the year 2000
Zagreb-Montaža Has turned to investments in its own construction projects and up to the present day several projects have been successfully executed which both by their purpose and by having opened  new job opportunities have significantly contributed to the development of local communities.

Zagreb-Montaža is today one of the leading investors in the Šibenik area, with a strategy to build over the next 5 years more than 150.000 sq. m of residential, business, trading and tourist premises.
