The Company has been present on domestic
and foreign markets through various
organizational forms since 1950.
For the time being ZM Group employs over 1.200 full-time employees and makes an annual unconsolidated Turnover of about 100 Million Euro.
Zagreb-Montaža is the owner of shares in several limited liability companies, which
comprise the ZAGREB-MONTAŽA Group.

By using the experiences acquired through realization of investment projects on various levels, ZM Group has implemented its own investment programmes. This especially relates to the construction of business, housing and shopping facilities.
By taking part in the projects of public and private partnership, ZM Group is actively involved in the life of the community, giving its contribution to the urban development. Various projects directly influence the development of communal infrastructure of certain towns; we raise the quality of life and value of future investments.

From a company dealing in construction and maintaining of industrial plants, it gradually grew to a company which perfected the design, delivery and installation of electro-filters and channels for thermal power plants, de-dusting, steel constructions, building bridges, production of chassis for trucks and industrial vehicles, building water-pipe and gas-pipe infrastructure, planning and building aluminium and glass facades etc.
